GTech IT Services Shop – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GTech IT Services. By entering and using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following rules and policies designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all customers.

GENERAL CONDUCT

  1. Customers must wear appropriate clothing at all times. Entry is prohibited for individuals who are shirtless or improperly dressed.
  2. Drunk or intoxicated individuals will not be allowed inside the premises.
  3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the shop.
  4. Vaping is allowed only if done respectfully and does not disturb others.
  5. Cell phone charging is not permitted using shop outlets or equipment.
  6. Unauthorized use of Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited.
  7. Inserting flash drives or any external devices into shop computers is not allowed.
  8. Accessing pornographic or inappropriate content on shop devices is strictly prohibited.
  9. Downloading files or programs on any shop computer is not allowed.
  10. Do not strike, hit, or damage desks, equipment, or any part of the facility.
  11. Loud noises or shouting are not allowed after 10:00 PM.
  12. Playing music or sounds from game stations is not allowed. Only staff and administrators are permitted.
  13. Bringing, using, or possessing illegal drugs inside the shop is strictly prohibited.

HYGIENE & ETIQUETTE

  1. All customers must remove shoes and slippers before entering; please use the designated shoe rack.
  2. Customers with unpleasant body odor, excessive sweat, or poor hygiene may be refused entry. Kindly take a shower before using our services.
  3. The shop is for members only. Non-members loitering or staying inside the premises will be asked to leave.
  4. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the shop.
  5. Only spill-proof water bottles or tumblers are allowed.
  6. Spitting, blowing your nose, or any unhygienic behavior inside the premises is not allowed.
  7. Flatulence (farting) in public areas is prohibited and considered disrespectful.
  8. Restroom use is subject to a ₱50 fee for non-members.
  9. CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) policy is strictly enforced.
  10. Rude, offensive, or disrespectful behavior towards staff or customers will not be tolerated.
  11. Friendly trash talk is allowed, but any form of physical altercation or violence is strictly prohibited.

EQUIPMENT & SAFETY

  1. Customers are not allowed to alter, tamper with, or modify any hardware or software on shop computers.
  2. Entry into residential or restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
  3. Students in school uniforms or cutting classes are not allowed inside.
  4. Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities. (If you’re unemployed, your parent/guardian will be held accountable.)
  5. Always secure your personal belongings. GTech IT Services is not liable for lost or unattended items.
  6. No credit or “utang” is allowed. All services must be paid for in full before use.
  7. In the event of power or system outages, consumable time will be paused and resumed once services are restored.
  8. Lost membership cards will require a replacement fee (amount to be announced).
  9. Membership accounts are non-transferable.
  10. Consumable hours cannot be transferred to another account or user.
  11. Customers showing signs of illness or contagious conditions will not be permitted entry.
